I had a pleasant stay at this hotel with its excellent location away from the main road but still close to restaurants and bars. The rooms were clean and offered a spacious bathroom, making my time there comfortable. Although the service was generally friendly, they were a bit slow to address some issues. Dining options could be improved, as they were somewhat basic. Overall, it was a good value for money, but there’s room for enhancement in certain areas.

Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is ideal, being less busy and dodgy than Kuta, and just a short walk to the beach. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff truly go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. However, the breakfast options were quite limited, and the hotel could use some updates in a few areas. Still, for the price, it's a solid choice.

During my stay, I found the hotel to be in a great location, quiet yet close to restaurants and bars, which I really appreciated. I was uncomfortable with a thin mattress, and I had to keep asking for toilet paper. Also, the bathroom had no towel rail, and the toilet seat was disgusting.
